Cubey! 1 Year Anniversary Update.

Want some fun facts? Here's one, Cubey is almost a year old! Shocking, right? In this Breaking News we will be talking about the history of the game and the new update!

The History and Facts about Cubey:

1. Cubey was made on May 4th, 2020!
2. Cubey's name was Originally "Cubey! The Obstacle Avoider!" but was later shortened as it was very long.
3. Cubey was inspired by a Brackey YouTube Tutorial.
4. Cubey was the first Unboxed Games video game!
5. The Main Menu music was made in Chrome Music Lab.
6. The game was cancelled on September 12, 2020 and was revived on the first Unboxed Live!
7. The game was Originally gonna have a storyline. (maybe it still will? 0_0)

The New Update:

What will the new update include? A lot of cool new Features!

We have a Level Select Menu!

Yes that is correct! Instead of having to play Level 1 to get to your favorite level, you can simply select the Level you want to play! And you did see that correctly! After over half a year of waiting for me to stop procrastinating... Level 4 is here.

In level 4 you discover the Narrator (narrator narrator to be specific.), And then you have to perfectly time and dodge a spinning obstacle!

After that you have to get on a new object... May I present, the Jump Pad!

What does the Jump Pad do? Simple! It's in the name! It makes you jump when you touch it! This can be used in levels to get to higher places or jump over higher obstacles! Like in level 4, where you have to go on a Jump Pad to get over a wall and finish the level! What's also new in this update?

• Added Main Menu button to Credits.
• Added Credits in Credits.
• Added a Cubey Themed Cursor. (Only in game.)
• Changed Executable Icon.
• Changed Version.
